As Director of Sales, Hisham leads a team of more than 100 talented property consultants who, together, are transforming the ethos of real estate sales and advisory. With more than 18 years of experience, Hisham has undertaken an array of roles with leading developers to have covered, operations, compliance, process management, client relationships, as well as, sales and marketing for multibillion-dollar portfolios of residential and mixed-use communities in Dubai and Lebanon. Over the years, he has successfully worked with leading Dubai developers, Dubai Properties and Select Group, as well as Benchmark Lebanon, which resulted in instrumented sales transactions in excess of USD 1billion. Hisham is an excellent leader and an outstanding strategist. He is focused on continually improving sales performance through thoughtful team management and continuous market analysis. His mandate is to oversee the company’s robust growth strategies across the region. Hisham holds a BA in Business Management and Marketing.
