Muhammad was born in a village Lagwal Minhasan in Pakistan, where he completed elementary education. He then relocated for higher education to Lahore, the capital city of Punjab province. Muhammad graduated from the University of the Punjab, where he received a BA degree in Business, Economics and Commerce. Muhammad's professional experience includes work in the insurance industry – 4 years as a Sales Executive Insurer at Saudi Pak Group and 5 years as Assistant Manager at Jubilee Insurance. Before joining Ax Capital Real Estate in 2020, he had worked with three real estate agencies in Dubai for a total of 8 years. Here, at Ax Capital, Muhammad specializes in leasing and sales in the secondary market. He is a community expert in a famous beachfront address in Dubai – Jumeirah Beach Residence. He has been working in the community since December 2012. His comprehensive knowledge of JBR has enabled Muhammad to achieve impressive sales volumes over the years and close numerous of rental deals. Thanks to his diligence and consistency, he has built an extensive client network and established himself as a reliable agent. A little about personal life Muhammad loves reading newspaper, playing cards, hunting, watching cricket matches and traveling to ancient places. He was proud of getting his driving license in the first attempt in Dubai, since he had never ridden a bicycle or a motorbike because of his fear of falling. Muhammad is now a very confident driver. Muhammad is always honest to his family, friends and at work place with colleagues and clients. He has investments in real estate in his home country. He plans to build a business group in the field of construction, manufacturing, and services industries. And most of the income will be spent on improving the lives of needy people.
